ConferenceLens app for iPhone and iPad

ConferenceLens is an online platform where conference organizers can upload all the information they want to share with participants and attendees.

The app gives an overview of the entire event and tools for effective command over individual time and objectives. Sessions and accompanying meetings are organized by track, subject and time. Important sessions can be added in a personalized plan of the event (My Agenda) and located on the interactive map of the facility (Floor Plan).

Networking and communication are managed through digital business cards.

Abstracts, full presentations and brochures can be made available for download.

A special section (Follow Up) brings together all important contacts and downloaded materials for future action.

Once downloaded on the device, the information on the event is fully accessible for offline viewing.
